And the Hollywood Reporter now claims that the school Gwyneth Paltrow’s children attend in Los Angeles has banned Vespas due to safety concerns.
Gwyneth and her husband Chris Martin were often spotted bringing Apple and her brother Moses to and from school on their Vespas.

Paltrow was blasted after footage emerged of the actress cutting off a school bus as she pulled away from the curb with her nine-year-old daughter on the back.
The driver of the heavy vehicle appeared to brake after spotting the pair, avoiding a collision by mere seconds.
Luckily the Shakespeare In Love actress escaped unscathed and seemed oblivious to her brush with danger.
Her husband Chris Martin, 36, and son Moses, seven, were trailing behind on another Vespa.
Gwyneth's representative has denied the report by The Hollywood Reporter.
After the near miss in September it was revealed that Paltrow didn’t have a California Motorcycle drivers’ licence.
She took the exam at the Department of Motor Vehicles the following week, where she had to pass both a written test and a practical one on her speedy white scooter.
According to TMZ, 40-year-old Gwyneth was in and out of the DMV quickly, but not before having her licence photograph taken for a second time because she didn't like the first one.

The famous family had taken to riding on two wheels instead of four, finding the mode of transport is a great way to avoid getting stuck in LA's notorious traffic jams.
It’s been a tough few months for Gwyneth, who is currently at war with Vanity Fair magazine.
The drama began when the magazine revealed its intention to publish an 'epic takedown' of the actress following her refusal to cooperate with a planned cover story on her, and the star taking offense to the harder edge the magazine is taking towards Hollywood's elite.
A source told RadarOnline: 'Gwyneth feels her relationship with the magazine has been destroyed and she’s urging pals not just to avoid doing business with the magazine, but to skip the mag’s Oscar party as well.
'To be frank, she wants to shut their Oscar party down entirely.'
