Rose McGowan's divorce from husband of three years David Leavitt is finalized as they agree to destroy their frozen embryos

Rose McGowan is officially single again.

The actress, 43, and husband of three years David Leavitt, 33, have finalized their divorce, E! reported Thursday.

Neither party will receive spousal support and reached an agreement privately about the division of assets.

TMZ reported that while the couple didn't have any children, they do have 'an unspecified number of frozen embryos' in storage at a fertility clinic.

As part of their divorce settlement, the website says, they have agreed that the embryos should 'immediately be thawed and destroyed.'

Meanwhile, Rose gets to keep the marital home and she and David each keep their vehicles and personal possessions.

The former Charmed star filed for divorce in February citing irreconcilable differences and noting the couple had separated in May 2015, just 18 months after tying the knot.

Leavitt is a visual artist who goes by the moniker Davey Detail.

The actress was in a relationship with Manson for three and a half years, and engaged for two, before breaking up in 2001.

She then dated the Texan filmmaker to whom she was also engaged for two years, from October 2007 until October 2009, when they called off the wedding.

At the beginning of November, Rose confirmed she's in a new relationship with musician and producer Boots, whose real name is Jordy Asher.

She announced the news by posting a picture of them in a topless embrace to her Instagram.
