• Child Performer Services Providers
• Studio Teachers Working with Minors
• Employers, Transporters, and Supervisors of Minors Involved in Door-to-Door Sales

Entertainment Industry

• Child Performer Services Permit
• Work Permits for Child Performers
• Studio Teachers Working with Minors
• Talent Agents and Others providing Fee-Related Talent Services

Garment Industry

• Garment Manufacturers and Contractors
• Employers of Industrial Homeworkers

Other Licenses and Permits

• Car Washing and Polishing Firms
• Sheltered Workshops and Special Minimum Wage License
