'We look at each other and you see if someone has changed,' she explained. 'Since we are always in our lingerie we really see what workouts work for each other, so that is really inspiring to see when someone all of a sudden looks amazing and you can just see what that person is doing and try that.'

Main goal: The 28-year-old, who is pictured at Flex Studios in New York City, said she has been focused on toning her derriere ahead of the show

Getting toned: Elsa said the Pilates, barre, and TRX suspension training classes at Flex Studios really target the lower body and make you 'lean and strong'

Work up a sweat in a strappy sports bra by Victoria's Secret

There's no denying that Elsa Hosk is fit. The Swedish model attended the Train Like an Angel event for Victoria's Secret and of course she wore a sports bra and leggings by the brand as well as a pair of monochrome sneakers.

With the athleisure trend still going strong this year, sports bras are in high demand both for inside and out of the gym. But basic black styles are a thing of the past. Now these active tops are more functional and stylish than ever!

Elsa's sports bra features multiple straps and a confetti print and it's ultra lightweight with minimal support so you can wear it to your yoga class or while out running errands to upgrade your off duty style.

The best news is that the strappy top is only $20 so click right to buy it now. And if you're not quite set on this exact style, get one like it below.

When she is working out, Elsa said her main focus is her 'butt', noting that the range of Pilates, barre, and TRX suspension training classes at Flex Studios really target the lower body and make you 'lean and strong'.

The Swedish beauty also likes to 'mix things up' and head to the The Dogpound gym where she and the other models work out together, and inevitably end up inspiring each other.

Although she believes in balance when it comes to her diet, Elsa said she also tries to focus on 'really strengthening foods like proteins [and] vegetables' ahead of the show.

Foodie: When it comes to her diet, Elsa believes in moderation, but with the pre-taped show only two weeks a way, she said she is eating healthy proteins and vegetables

'You have to eat a lot when you are training, but you can choose healthier options,' she pointed out.

However, Elsa said she is 'definitely a foodie' who likes to splurge from time to time. In celebration of her 28th birthday earlier this week, the blonde beauty said went to New York restaurant The Greek where she 'just had a feast'.

'I love food, and I think that's why I work out so much, so that I can just eat whatever I want,' she explained.

Keeping a balance: Elsa said she works out essentially so she can eat whatever she wants

As for her flawless skin, Elsa is a big believer in regular facials and using 'really gentle products' for her sensitive skin. Before the big day she and the other models like to get oxygen facials to 'just plump everything and make your skin look better than ever'.

Later this month, Elsa and her fellow Angels will be heading to Paris to film the pre-taped show for the first time, and she believes it is 'definitely going to add a really new vibe' to the runway extravaganza.

'I think Paris adds that glamour and that feeling of luxury,' she said. 'You know, [the city] is so romantic, and I think it goes so beautifully with a lingerie show.'

Can't wait: Elsa, who recommends green juice for a pick-me-up, said she is looking forward to eating French food in Paris

State of mind: Elsa admitted that she doesn't always feel her best at shoots, but she makes a point to change her mindset

Elsa added that she loves French food, so after the show wraps, she is 'going to have lots of croissants and lots of little French bistro foods, like the baguettes and all the bread and stuff.'

And while plenty of people would like to transform themselves into Victoria's Secret in no time flat, Elsa advises anyone looking for a quick fix to try focusing on their state of mind.

'I've had shoots where I haven't felt my best,' she admitted. 'I think it's more of a mindset. If you're not feeling your best, you have to snap out of that mindset because really, if you have that little time, there's really nothing you can do.

'Go for a workout, take a bath, put in some bath salts, detox, have some green juices, try to have an alkaline diet, and do a meditation just to snap out of that feeling of not feeling perfect.'
