It was reported on Thursday that he had split from his fiancée of 10 months.

But not too long before the news broke, Ryan Phillippe was spotted enjoying a night on the town with a bevy of beautiful famous women.

The 42-year-old actor was spotted riding in the same SUV with Paris Hilton, Suki Waterhouse and Poppy Jamie in Hollywood on Wednesday night.

The foursome and a few more pals packed the car as they left the Pop and Suki handbag launch at Mel's Diner.

It seemed to be quite the party in the vehicle as they shared laughs together while getting situated.

No doubt Ryan turned up the charm as he looked dapper in a navy suit over a light blue dress shirt with the top few buttons undone.

He seemed to be quite the gentlemen as he sat all the way in the back of the SUV while allowing the ladies to have more leg room in the middle row of seats.

On Thursday it was reported by UsWeekly that Ryan had split from his fiancée Paulina Slagter 10 months after popping the question. 

The actor and the law school graduate, 24, got engaged last Christmas after dating for five years. 

The break-up is a surprise since earlier this year, the Secrets And Lies star gushed about his pretty girlfriend, describing her as 'awesome.'

Paris Hilton seemed to be having the time of her life when she was spotted at a handbag launch with her pals Suki Waterhouse and Poppy Jamie.

The hotel heiress wore her favorite color, pink, in the form of a midi length dress by Hamel, point toe pumps by Christian Louboutin and a Pop and Suki bag.

Paris' bodycon dress flaunted her enviable frame and the modest long sleeves and high neckline were balance by a sexy asymmetrical cutout design.

'When people see her they have these judgments because she could be a model but she's about to graduate Stanford Law,' he said before Paulina received her degree this past summer.

'Also what's great about it - as you get older certain issues become more important to you. I'm very involved in civil rights issues, and so to be with a woman who could actually make an impact in the legal realm - that's a beautiful thing.'

Ryan, of course, was previously married to Reese Witherspoon to whom he was wed for eight years before their divorce in 2007. He and the Legally Blonde star share two children, Ava, 17, and Deacon, 13.

The actor also has a child with ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp and was previously in a relationship with actress Abbie Cornish for four years.
