Surveillance footage shows the woman shielding her son with her body while trying to fight off the animals. Finally a neighbor who heard her screams came and grabbed the dogs. The little boy suffered extensive injuries and was rushed to hospital, where he underwent plastic surgery for a laceration to his face.
