Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick arrive in Rolls Royce to visit Chyna and Rob's new baby Dream

Kourtney Kardashian rushed to see her new niece born to brother Rob and fiancee Blac Chyna on Thursday.

But the 37-year-old seemed somewhat glum as she arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in the Beverly Hills in a car driven by Scott Disick, 33.

Instead of looking happy about the new addition to the reality TV family, Kourtney was expressionless as she hid behind round sunglasses with one hand pressed against her lips.

Scott, the father of Kourtney's three children, looked equally subdued as he sat behind the wheel of the black Rolls Royce kitted out with cameras under the driver's mirror used to shoot video for E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The pair are also still to break their silence over the arrival of Dream Renee Kardashian and have not yet posted any congratulations to the new parents on social media.

Kourtney's sister Khloe, 32, did speak out, tweeting: 'My new niece is absolutely stunning!!! So thankful I was able to land in time to witness this miracle happen! Praise God!'

Chyna, 28, and Rob's first child was delivered via C-section at 9:18 a.m., according to E! 

She weighed 7 pounds and 5 ounces and has 'tons of hair,' a source told the entertainment website.

Rob's mom Kris Jenner got to watch the arrival of baby Dream.

'It was so beautiful and I'm so excited and happy to have another grandchild! No. 6!' the momager gushed to E! News.

Kris, 61, reportedly hired several bodyguards - apparently to protect the baby from being photographed.

Meanwhile, sources told TMZ that there were some issues with Rob & Chyna cameras being allowed to film on the premises.

The couple were planning on having the birth filmed for a TV special but apparently ran into trouble getting permission for some of what they want to shoot as it violated protocol at the hospital.

Blac and Rob, 29, are staying in the $4,000-a-night luxury hospital suite where Rob's sister Kim welcomed son Saint West last December.

An hour-long special about the baby's arrival is slated to be shown on E! next month.

The baby is a half-sister for Chyna's four-year-old son King Cairo with her ex Tyga, who is currently dating Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner, 19.
