'Is that a test tube I'm feeling?' Justin Timberlake plays a creepy physician in silly Doctor Strange parody with Ellen DeGeneres

Marvel's Doctor Strange is the number one movie in America.

And with all the hype surrounding the science-fiction film, comedienne Ellen DeGeneres had to have a piece of the action.

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday morning, the 58-year-old enlisted the help of her pal Justin Timberlake to create a parody of the blockbuster hit.

Ellen pretended that she was showing fans a trailer for her new film, titled Strange Doctor.

'I'm coming out with a similar movie, similar in the way that it's completely different but sounds the same,' the funny gal teased before airing the clip.

'It's called Strange Doctor and it stars myself and Justin Timberlake. And I think it's gonna be even bigger than [Doctor Strange].'

The spoof trailer begins with the talk show host looking the worse for wear as she plays a patient with an injured arm and neck.

And while Benedict Cumberbatch's character is the most powerful sorcerer in existence, Timberlake flipped the script and portrayed an off-putting physician version of the protagonist.

As the Strange Doctor popped up from behind a coat rack, he began to rub the Finding Dory star's shoulders.

'I was in the room the whole time,' he whispered to DeGeneres, who already looked thoroughly unsettled.

'Is this part of the check up?' DeGeneres asked warily.

Things escalate quickly, as the Trolls star coddled the blonde comedienne and whispered eerily, 'I'll show you mine if you show me yours.'

To which Ellen asked, 'Is that a test tube I'm feeling?'

The clip ended with Timberlake looming into the camera while pulling his best creepy smile.

The former NSYNC star and the talk show host managed to maintain their straight faces during the skit.

However a snapshot taken during filming showed the pair unable to keep their composure as they burst into a fit of giggles.

Thursday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show also saw Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt stop by to promote their new film Passengers.
