'I've had three!' Million Dollar Listings' Josh Flagg confesses to multiple nose jobs as David Parnes begrudgingly reveals why he went under the knife again

Turns out more than one of these real estate stars has undergone a bit of a renovation.

While David Barnes had previously revealed he had a nose job - his third - his Million Dollar Listing co-star Josh Flagg has revealed he too does not have his original nose.

On Watch What Happens Live on Thursday night the two real estate agents talked surgery.

The noses have it: While David Barnes had previously revealed he had a nose job, his Million Dollar Listing co-star Josh Flagg has revealed he too does not have his original nose on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday

David - who claims he has only 'technically [had] two nose jobs - revealed to Andy Cohen that his new nose is thanks to Josh, who openly admitted to having three surgeries.

Josh told Andy with a wink: 'I the first one I had for a deviated septum.

'The second one was because the first doctor didn't do such a good job and the third was because it wasn't perfect but now I think it s a very good nose.'

David has also has three but claims the last one was a revision so technically he has had two.

Three step process: Josh told Andy with a wink, 'I the first one I had for a deviated septum'

Started young: Josh had his surgery when he was much younger. He is seen here as a young boy pre-surgery

David told Andy: 'I had one ten 11 years ago and I probably shouldn't have got it in the first place as it wasn't perfect but it wasn't that bad. But I did because I said, ''Mom, Dad I think I'm going to get a nose job'' and neither of them said anything.

'So that happened and it built up a lot of scar tissue inside and it genuinely affected my breathing so I said, ''Josh Flagg you're nose looks fabulous, who is your surgeon?'''

Talking about surgery Josh than told the other Josh Altman he too could do with a nose job.

Scar tissue: David said while his nose probably did not need the first surgery that rhinoplasty left him with scar tissue so he had to get it done again and when the second did not work, he went under the knife one more time

Everyone but Josh Flagg denied having Botox including James Harris who Andy was most shocked about.

While the others pointed to their lines as proof, Flagg owned it saying he has 'a s**t ton of filler'.

'Hashtag I have a new nose': David said he underwent the surgery to help him breath better (left is the agent in season 8 and right is season 9)

David first revealed on season nine's second episode as he and business partner James Harris did their best to sell a Hollywood Hills West stunner.

Despite dropping the four bedroom, four bath home's price from $12.95 million to $9.95 million the real estate experts were struggling to sell it - leading to David's nose job confession.

Using his recent surgery as sales inspiration, David told James: 'We're not going to lose [the listing], we're going to sell it. And if we don't sell it, how am I going to pay for my nose job?'
