PICTURE EXCLUSIVE: Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green take baby Journey and his older brothers on family outing

They welcomed their third child three months ago and on Saturday Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green enjoyed a day out with their brood.

Brian, 43, pushed baby son Journey in a stroller as Megan, 30, held hands with older sons Noah, four, and Bodhi, two.

The Transformers actress was dressed down in a gray tee with cropped black leggins and blue Nike trainers for her trip around town.

The pretty brunette has clearly bounced back into shape following her third pregnancy.

She looked trim and healthy as she stepped out with Brian who also wore a gray t-shirt paired with ripped blue jeans and gray athletic shoes.

Megan and Brian had separated in August 2015 and the actress filed for divorce a few days later.

However in April, it was revealed that Megan was pregnant, and the pair reconciled and called off the divorce.

Dad: The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actor also wore a gray t-shirt paired with ripped blue jeans rolled up at the bottom

The couple's eldest Noah was dressed in red shorts with black and white check pockets and a t-shirt the same color as the ones worn by his famous parents.

His shoes were also black and white. 

Younger brother Bodhi had on bright neon shoes with pale blue shorts and a white t-shirt with a big colorful picture on the front.

Little Journey was tucked up in his pram sucking on a green pacifier and clutching a plush toy giraffe.

Reconciled: Megan, who wed Brian in 2010, filed for divorce in August 2015 but called off the proceedings when she found herself pregnant

Working mom: Megan has starred in two Transformers movies and two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle films

Brian recently starred in Cross 2 with Vinnie Jones, Tom Sizemore and Danny Trejo

The couple appear to have patched up their marriage and are committed to raising their three children together
