It's official - McDreamy and his dream girl are back together.

Patrick and Jill Dempsey called off any plans for separation earlier this year after Jill filed for divorce in 2015.

And according to TMZ, the couple of over 15 years now have the paperwork to back their reconciliation up.

Patrick's stunning makeup artist wife filed legal documents to dismiss her divorce petition.

Less than a week later, a judge obliged, and the two are now back together officially.

The road to reconciliation was tough, but it was something the parents of three both desired.

'Our marriage was not something I was prepared to let go of,' the Grey's Anatomy star told People in September, 'I didn’t feel like we had done all the work. And we both wanted to do that work. That’s where it started.'

The couple made their first red carpet appearance as a family since calling off the divorce in September, and they looked happier than ever.

Patrick and Jill have three children together, 14-year-old Tallula and twin nine-year-olds Darby and Sullivan.

Jillian is makeup artist to some of Hollywood's biggest starlets such as Jennifer Lawrence and Kristen Stewart.

Patrick is geared to work on at least three films that are set for release in 2017, including The Postcard Killings.

The handsome coupled married in 1999.
