'Body progress!! My trainer is visiting Australia next week and is booking sessions,' Joey began.
'Get a session with him, trust me, it's crazy what tiny techniques Alfred taught me to change for better results. I used to work out way more than I have been and not see the same results,' the singer continued.
'I can't wait to show my progress/transformational video I put together whilst training with him,' Joey concluded, alongside the hash-tags #bodytransformation, #fitarts and #booty.
The snap saw the former reality star, clad in a black crop top and pair of tiny skin-tight shorts, offering the camera a very good glimpse of her toned legs and pert derrière.

Previous Instagram snaps see Joey leaving very little to the imagination in skimpy tops and skin-tight bottoms, that expose her taut torso, ample bust and lithe arms.
Joey came to headlines again in July this year when she took to Facebook to share that she had been told to legally change her name.

The Australian singer - birth name Joelle - revealed her frustration as she told her fans that she is now officially called Joey.
‘A lot of you have noticed that I have been a little low in my spirits lately and that’s why I love you guys,’ she said in a YouTube video posted on Facebook. ‘You’re right because something is up.’
Joey learnt that another musician trademarked their moniker, forcing Joelle to have a re-brand.
‘Someone ... decided to trademark the name Joelle,’ she further explained. ‘This meant that they contacted all the music platforms and started ripping all my music off in the United States, Mexico and Canada as well as Spotify, iTunes and Pandora.

‘And it’s been crazy for me. I used the name first professionally, I travelled the world and it was me who worked that name up. I never wanted to take it from anyone.'
Clothed in just a towel and a baseball cap, she then went on to confess that this perhaps happened for a good reason.
‘I’m one to fight but for some reason I don’t need this bad energy,’ she quipped. ‘Maybe this is happening for a reason, change is good. I’m done feeling stressed about it.
‘All my work on different people's accounts – where I can’t change the information – they’re going to look for this Joelle but they’re not all going to really find her because it’s going to lead elsewhere. That sucks but whatever, this is a new chapter, and change is good.’
