'They turned out wonderfully!' Sylvester Stallone says he gives wife Jennifer Flavin 'all the credit' in raising their three daughters

It was just revealed that all three of his daughters will be Miss Golden Globes 2017.

And following the big announcement on Thursday, Sylvester Stallone expressed his disbelief at how fast his girls have grown up during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

But the credit in raising the lovely ladies, the 70-year-old actor sweetly admits, is all due to their mother - former model Jennifer Flavin.

'I have to give Jennifer all the credit,' gushed the Creed star. 'I'm stunned that life has moved by so quickly, and my daughters turned out so wonderfully.'  

The 48-year-old beauty raised three graceful and accomplished ladies: Sophia, 20, is a student at USC while Sistine, 18, is taking after her mother as a successful model, and Scarlet, 14, is a talented athlete.

The reality of the exciting situation all seemed to hit the Expendables actor as he listened to the girls arguing about who will be chosen to hand Ryan Gosling a Golden Globe.

'It's surreal... I think I'm in a dream state right now,' Stallone confessed excitedly.

'It was a party at the Stallones's!'  Sistine exclaimed when asked about the household's reaction to the news that all three girls were chosen. 

For the first time the HFPA announced there will be three Miss Golden Globes for 2017.

'The Stallone sisters will continue our time honored tradition of handing out the statuettes at the awards ceremony,' HFPA President Lorenzo Soria said in a statement. 

'Each of the lovely young women in the triad have had success whether it be in academics, sports or pursuing a modeling career,' Soria complimented.

The girls responded by issuing a statement of their own expressing their delight at being invited to help hand out the statuettes.

'We’re thrilled to not only be part of the Golden Globe tradition, but to be making history as the first set of siblings ever chosen for the title and duties,' the sisters said. 

'We are proud to be part of the HFPA family, an organization that multiple times has recognized our father’s work in film.'

This past January, it was Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx who served as Miss Golden Globe 2016.

Previous holders of the title include Greer Grammer, daughter of Kelsey Grammer; Sosie Bacon, daughter of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick, and Francesca Eastwood, daughter of Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher. 

The Golden Globes will take place on Sunday January 8 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Previous recipient: This past January, it was Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx who served as Miss Golden Globe 2016. The HFPA always invite a celebrity offspring to fill the role
