Oprah said before the election that she was voting for Clinton.
But she gave a less-than-warm endorsement, saying voters had to get behind her because 'there really was no choice.'
The talk show queen told a TV audience in a taping for T.D. Jakes' show that liking Clinton is not a requisite for voting for the Democrat.
'She not comin' over to your house,' Winfrey said. 'You don't have to like her. You don't have to like her.'
The divisive nature of Trump's campaign, and the strong celebrity backing of Clinton, left many reeling in shock by the Donald's surprise win.
There have been days of protests since the election but many are coming forward to urge people to accept the result and help reunite the country.
