Bryce Dallas Howard continued her goal of shedding the 30lbs she gained for Netflix's Black Mirror at a Los Angeles gym on Thursday.

The 35-year-old Golden Globe nominee dressed her curvaceous 5ft7in figure in a grey T-shirt, patterned leggings, and Nike trainers.

The Pete's Dragon actress appeared to be in good spirits as she exercised alongside a female fitness trainer.

Bryce Dallas Howard looked ready for her workout while out with her trainer in Los Angeles.

The Jurassic World actress wore her ruby tresses up in a chignon and had tortoiseshell sunnies and a grey top and leggings to keep her going on her rigorous routine.

Her whole look was anchored by a chic pair of Nike Flex sneakers (similar pair to the right) that are in a peachy color story with grey accents.
