Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei parades her gorgeous sun-kissed curves on the beach in Barcelona... after defending healthy Size 10 figure

She's said she'll never be the 'stick insect girl' but she'd rather be a healthy Size 10, any way.

And Geordie Shore's Sophie Kasaei certainly seemed filled with body-confidence, as she showed off her bikini figure on Saturday during her winter trip to Barcelona.

Despite a chill in the air, the brunette beauty stripped down to a green bikini to show off her figure on the beach.

Sophie has been holidaying with boyfriend Joel Corry but seemed instead to be enjoying a soak by herself this weekend.

She was pictured pacing up and down the beach in just her two piece, even bravely sitting on the sand to enjoy the cool waves.

The reality TV star seemed to have achieved an all-over glow and her bikini figure benefitted from a deep, golden tan.

Sophie recently admitted that she's struggled to keep her weight in check since returning to her party lifestyle on Geordie Shore.

The 26-year-old star told Closer magazine last week: 'I'll never been that stick insect girl. I'll always have a tummy and hips.'

Sophie lost one stone in a week when she signed up to No 1 Boot Camp, completely overhauling her diet and exercise regime.

The 5ft1 star's poor diet left her bloated and struggling to sleep - and she now feels better than ever.

Poor diet: The Newcastle party girl admitted a typical day would inside a sausage sandwich for breakfast, a Nando's for lunch followed by a curry or a carvery meal for dinner

The Newcastle party girl admitted a typical day would inside a sausage sandwich for breakfast, a Nando's for lunch followed by a curry or a carvery meal for dinner.

Snacks would be fizzy drinks, sweets and crisps, and she was so addicted to salt that she'd even sprinkle some on her fruit.

Sophie has already seen the health benefits of her healthy eating plan, revealing her skin is much better and she's finally getting a good night's sleep.

The star says her boyfriend of five years Joel is a major motivation in helping her keep fit and the pair often enjoy gym dates.

Despite his bodybuilder physique, Sophie revealed Joel is a fan of her womanly shape and constantly tells her she's beautiful.

She explained: 'I text him selfies of myself in the mirror and he says, "You've got nothing to worry about." No matter what, he thinks I'm beautiful.'

Veteran cast member Sophie - who has returned to Geordie Shore following close pal Charlotte Crosby's departure - previously admitted her co-stars' dramatic body transformations have often left her feeling insecure.

She told MailOnline: 'I'm always gonna battle with my weight. It's always been up and down. The other girls have DVDs and have books and I've never done that or be offered anything, I've never had help.

'Being back on the show I've started worrying about it and I'm like: "S**t, I've let myself go. Its hard and I don't know what to do. I'll never be that skinny girl but I just want to be healthy.

'I compare myself to the other girls. It's hard for me because I wasn't as popular as the other girls so I look up to them. They're working out, they've got trainers, they've got this, they've got that. I think because they do it I should.'
