VICTORIA BECKHAM

She is a fashion designer, charity ambassador and mother-of-four. But despite her hectic schedule, Victoria Beckham always manages to look immaculate.

In fact, the global star looks better now than she did when she found fame as one fifth of the 90s most popular girl band, The Spice Girls.

So what's her secret? Regular oxygen facials, workouts nearly every day and plenty of fish, the svelte star recently revealed.

Victoria recently revealed that she keeps her skin in check with the help of products and techniques created by dermatologist Dr Harold Lancer.

Her favourite treatment performed by the skincare guru is a unique facial he devised to boost the oxygenation and blood flow to the skin cells.

The facial uses molecular oxygen and vitamins to detoxify tissues, unblock pores and tighten the skin.

When asked by the ELLE US website about her skincare regime, Victoria said: 'I swear by Dr Lancer products. He's a dermatologist that I met in Los Angeles. I started going to him for oxygen facials, and I haven't looked back.

'I don't really use products other than his. I keep it quite simple with a really good polish, then an exfoliating cleanse, then I use a nourish cream, which is a really beautiful moisturiser.'

Victoria explained that she tries to drink lots of water each day and get as much rest as possible, but admits that's hard because she's shares her house with her husband David Beckham and their four children.

She added: 'I think it's very important to drink lots of water and get as much sleep as you can. But when you have four children, that's easier said than done.'

The 41-year-old also insists that having a good diet is just as important for the health of your skin as it is to stay in shape.

The star added: 'You know, I eat very healthily. I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables, and a lot of fruit. I work out every day, six or seven days.'

KRIS JENNER

She's built a multi-million pound brand, gets invited to the most exclusive parties and has every designer on speed dial.

No, we're not talking about Kim Kardashian, but the woman who launched and carefully managed her starry career - her mother, Kris Jenner.

Often seen lurking in the background at parties or ferrying her five famous daughters to their public appearances across the globe, Kris is a force to be reckoned with in Tinseltown.

Although nearly 60, she certainly looks incredible for her age and gives her daughters a run for their money.

The Kardashian matriarch and self-described 'momager' has let slip a number of times about the work she's had over the years to turn back time.

When Kris welcomed plastic surgery advocate, the late Joan Rivers, on her ill-fated chat show last August, she agreed with the comic that 'everybody looks better with plastic surgery.'

Kris has claimed that most of her procedures have been less invasive than others, stating that she still has her own 'eyes, nose and mouth'.

In 2011, Kris spoke on an Australian radio about her decision to have a face lift ahead of Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries that year.

'I did have a little freshening up,' Kris revealed.

'Well after Kim used to start calling me "gobble, gobble", at Thanksgiving. I mean that's nice, isn't it,' she added sarcastically.

'Kim thought my chin was down to my waist. So I had a little lower... they take your chin and pull it up,'.

The star even had the procedure filmed by the ever-present camera crew for an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Also filmed for the show was one of at least two breast enhancement operations that Kris is known to have had in her life.

'I thought it was such a great idea to film that,' Kris told the Today show at the time.

'The reason I went in and did that was because I had had my implants in for 152 years - you know, a long time, way longer than their shelf life.'

KATE WINSLET

She shot to fame thanks to her turn in Sense and Sensibility in 1995 before achieving global stardom as young Rose in 1997's Titanic.

Famed for her English rose look, complete with plump, flawless skin, full lips and glossy auburn hair, Kate, now 40, looks as good now as she did then.

So what's her secret? Speaking to The Telegraph, she said: 'Fresh air does wonders for my skin so I keep a window open in my room at night for a little bit of breeze.

'I try to get as much sleep as possible, and drink plenty of water too.'

KATE HUDSON

Although a huge 14 years has passed between the two images, actress Kate Hudson, now 36, looks the same as when she was a young 20-something.

Since then, the actress has won a Golden Globe - for her role in Almost Famous - and has starred in a number of hit films including How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days.

The blonde beauty also has two children, one with former husband Chris Robinson, and one with ex-fiancé, frontman of Muse, Matthew Bellamy.

Sharing her beauty secrets with Vogue this year, she said: 'I simply apply some sunscreen, use a little blush and lip gloss, and I’m out the door.

'I also adore multi-use products such as coconut oil and Egyptian Magic. I use coconut oil on my skin, in my hair, pretty much anywhere possible.'
