If there's on thing an Australian model needs to have, it's a summer beauty regime.

And this week, Ashley Hart revealed a few secrets about hers in a playful Instagram post.

Ashley, 27, goes makeup free in the clip and points out exactly what's in her beauty kit.

'My summer essentials is working out in the backyard with you,' she says to her personal trainer recording the video.

'And Swiss BB 30+ cream and vitamin oil. It's all I need, face top to toe.'

In the caption to the post, Ashley gives more to details to how she uses the products.

'I apply both products before my backyard work out in the sun, I feels like I'm nourishing my body in so many ways, all at once!' she writes.

The model also tagged Swiss beauty and hashtagged the full names of the products: Swiss BB cream SPF30 and Bio-Active Repair Body Oil.

She was showing off a lot more skin a couple of weeks ago when she posted a cheeky photo with her blogger pal Caroline Groth.

The 27-year-old flaunted her pert derrière in skimpy white bikini bottoms while wearing nothing on top as she raised her hat up to the sky.

The pair had just returned from Los Angeles, California, where they had enjoyed a few wild nights out together.

They had visited LA on the way back from Mexico where Ashley seemed to be shooting her latest modelling campaign.
