Jessica Biel celebrated getting 2 million Instagram followers with an impressive backflip.

The 34-year-old posted a video of herself diving backwards into the tropical waters of the Bahamas on Monday to mark the social media milestone.

As she did, Jessica also showed off her impressive bikini body with the actress looking trim and toned.

For her flip and her day on a boat, the actress wore a pair of simple black bikini bottoms with a black cropped top instead of a traditional swim top.

Thanking her fans, the star said: 'I'm flipping out, you guys. 2 million! Thank you.'

Jessica is currently on holiday with husband Justin Timberlake as well as their friends golfer Justin Rose and his wife Kate.

Presumably Jessica and Justin's son Silas, 1, is with them and as is Justin and Kate's two children Leo and Charlotte.

Their holiday has not been all backflips though, with the two Justins going deep sea fishing on Saturday and landing themselves a Wahoo.

Timberlake was pretty impressed with their fish posting it on Instagram saying: 'A little fishing with my guy @justinprose99 and snagged this beautiful wahoo! Fresh ceviche for everybody!['
