Feeling rosy! Ferne McCann looks blooming lovely in a chic floral midi-dress and ankle boots as she leaves TV studios

She's gone from competing in last year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! to offering her expertise on the grisly series on ITV's This Morning.

And Ferne McCann proved her style knowledge was also up to par as she left the popular daytime TV show's studios in central London on Tuesday.

The former TOWIE star, 26, looked sensational as she showed off her curves in a pretty rose print midi-dress by High Street favourite, Topshop.

The striking red and black number skimmed her enviable frame and boasted chic cut-outs on her shoulders.

Ferne boosted her statuesque frame in a pair of cool black ankle boots, which helped flash a peek of her toned and tanned legs.

Mixing it up, the TV personality opted for a bright purple lip and smokey eyes while tying her locks into a slick centre-parted ponytail.

With a chic black handbag on one arm, Ferne oozed confidence as she worked her angles, despite admitting that she regularly struggles with self-esteem issues.

On learning to love herself, Ferne told MailOnline on Monday: 'It's really difficult. Sometimes I spend nights on my Instagram feed and feel really sh** about myself.

'I find myself thinking there's just so many beautiful people out there and I feel rubbish about myself, we all get those ugly days.'

In the same breath, the reality TV star went on to say that she's better at praising herself for the little things now, offering advice on combating her 'self-loathing'.

'Yeah, I don't look like a Victoria's Secret model,' she said. But I [tell myself I] did ace that job interview today.

Ferne also made the brave decision to undergo cosmetic surgery earlier this year and 'fix' her nose insecurity that had long plagued her and unveiled the results on ITV's This Morning, in August.

Though as a public figure, Ferne still faced questions over whether she was advocating surgery to a younger audience, especially the loyal following of ITVBe's The Only Way Is Essex.

Ferne's response was: 'For people thinking that I'm promoting plastic surgery, is just rubbish because you can see what type of girl I am, I'm not that 'surge' looking girl.

'It's not like I'm a walking, walking plastic surgery promoter, it was just my one insecurity but I'm still a big believer in learning to love yourself from the inside.'

Meanwhile, Ferne was in great company as she joined Holly Willoughby on This Morning on Tuesday morning where they discussed this year's contestant on ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here.

In particular, they were both in awe of Carol Vorderman's phenomenal frame as she stripped down to her skimpy bikini.

'Her body is rocking at 55! She looks absolutely incredible, how amazing she looks. She looks absolutely insane!' Ferne, 26, gushed.

Ferne also expressed her longing to go back in the jungle, even claiming she would happily eat three spiders to get back into camp.
