He's no stranger to sending pulses racing by posing in extremely raunchy photo shoots. 

And so it's no surprise that former Bachelorette contestant Rhys Chilton upped the ante in celebration of his thirtieth birthday on Thursday by greasing up and stripping down to his birthday suit. 

Taking to Instagram with what is undoubtedly his most eye-popping photo yet, the muscle-bound model shared a smouldering photo of himself posing completely naked with an ice-cream emoji covering his modesty.

In the caption, the Brisbane entrepreneur proclaimed: '30 years ago today I took my first breaths after escaping the mothership... today I present to you my B'day suit! [sic]'

'Say what you want but I'm very comfortable with who I am and nothing the haters can say will bother me. Truly knowing yourself is the first step to a blissful life.'

He went on: 'I appreciate good people and quickly forget those unworthy ones. I keep in mind two simple things.'

'1 - you can't please everyone so don't try and 2 - theres 7 billion people on this small little spec of cosmic dust we call earth, we are all replaceable and if I'm not for you... too f****** bad, move on [sic],' he continued. 

'I'm lookin forward to showing you what a 30 yr old can do with good diet, supps and hard work. Glad I've teamed up with @fivepointfour & @urbanmusclesupps to get me in super shape [sic].'

The heart-stopping image was credited to Brisbane-based artist Joel Devereux.

Dose of reality: He also dismissed his 'haters' in the caption, reminding fans that 'we are all replaceable'

Rhys' fellow Bachelorette alum Ben Lyall was quick to comment on the saucy post, joking: 'Strawberry ice cream my favourite.'

'I'll save you a bit,' Rhys quipped in response. 

It's not the first time the reality TV hunk has gained attention for uploading racy Instagram imagery. 

Last month, Rhys took a playful swipe at former on-screen rival Sam Johnston by sharing a naked photo of himself straddling a stool - just like Sam did in his famous 'furniture' photo-shoot.
