The blonde beauty squeezed into a skintight metallic frock that nicely put her rear on display.

She teamed the skin-tight dress with a pair of towering stiletto heels, which only served to further accentuate her rump.

Wearing her hair parted and slicked back, the model sported bright lip paint and dark heels.

While Iskra is enjoying a successful modelling career, the beauty recently admitted that even just a year ago, she was struggling with photographers to have her body in its natural form accepted for use in publications.

The Glamour Women of the Year Awards saw a whole host of celebrities dressed in their finest.

Iskra Lawrence was just one of many women who looked fabulous on the red carpet. The model is known for her stunning curvaceous figure and she certainly made the most of it in this bodyconscious dress that clung to her physique.

In a recent interview with Seventeen, the model remembered how early in her career, her friends and family even struggled to find her picture in magazines because of all the heavy retouching photographers had done to her body.

After an experience like that one, the model met with another photographer who produced her some similarly altered images. But this time, she spoke out.

'I tested with a photographer about a year ago and loved the pictures at the shoot,' she remembered.

'He sent me the pictures two weeks after and he retouched the hell out of them.

'I said to him, "I don't feel like I can use these. Can you send me the raw files?" and he was like, "No, I'm not comfortable with that, and I was kinda of like, "Oh OK, so you don't think I'm good enough unretouched?"'

Yet despite the naysayers the Worcestershire native managed to find fame after rising to prominence on Instagram.
