'It’s good to shock your body': Kourtney Kardashian says she does 100 SQUATS every day before showering

With three children, it's hard to understand how Kourtney Kardashian found the time to get into the best shape of her life.

But the 37-year-old doesn't even get into the shower until she's done 100 squats, she now reveals.

Speaking to presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, the eldest of the Kardashian sisters revealed the secrets to her six-day-a-week regime.

Norma Kamali is a designer label that is clearly a big hit with the Kardashian/Jenner klan.

She said: 'If bikini time is coming up or something I want to be shape for I’ll do dips on my bathtub and no matter what I’ll do 100 squats before I get in the shower. That way I won’t forget.'

Kourtney went on to say: 'I try to work out six days a week, I love to switch it up, having a workout partner motivates me.

'I usually work out with [my sister] Khloe and we have two trainers who we alternate between.

'Once in a while, when I’m feeling anxious, we’ll say let’s do boxing but usually we leave it up to the trainer because I think it’s good to shock your body.'

Though it's not just fitness that's a habit in Kourtney's household because the mum-of-three - who shares children Mason, Penelope and Reign with ex-partner Scott Disick - keeps the food very healthy.

'I make an avocado smoothie in the morning,' she continued. 'It makes my skin glow my hair really healthy everyone asks why my hair is so shiny.

'We eat gluten free and dairy free in my house, try to eat as little processed food as possible.'

'I love to share whatever things I’m into. I was at [my sister] Kim’s the other day looking through her freezer and said I can’t believe you have this or that and she was like you’re right and changed a bunch of her things to organic. I’m a food snob.'

In May, Kourtney revealed that she was 45lbs lighter after committing to an organic diet.

By the same time the previous year, she had already returned to a super-slender 116 pounds, four months after giving birth to her third child.

Meanwhile Kim was determined to lose her second baby weight at break-neck speed in 2016.

She restricted her diet to 1600 calories per day and committed to the New Atkins diet to return to her goal weight, six months after the pregnancy.
