And on Tuesday, according to the Daily Telegraph, Paris Hilton discovered not everything in life, is that simple.

The 35-year-old was left red-faced when her passport was deemed invalid, as she prepared to board a flight for her Australian tour.

Paris' Australian Gold Rush Tour expects to see the heiress hit the DJ decks at Marquee at The Star in Sydney on Saturday, followed by Brisbane's Fluffy nightclub on Sunday.

The starlet is also scheduled to make appearances in Melbourne on Thursday and Friday, for her new perfume Gold Rush.

The Daily Telegraph has reported that plans are underway to ensure Paris arrives on time in Australia, after the passport debacle.

Just hours before Paris was planning to board for Australia, she took to Instagram to gush about being reunited with our very own Cheyenne Tozzi, 27.

'Taking off to #Australia tonight! Can't wait to see my #Aussie #BFF @CheyenneTozzi,' the former BFF of Kim Kardashian West captioned a photo, alongside the hash-tag #BlondiesDownUnder.

The throwback snap saw a blonde Cheyenne pouting and flaunting her ample assets in a revealing black frock, alongside Paris who also left little to the imagination in an ensemble with a plunging neckline.
