Maisie Williams rocks a thigh-skimming kilt and knee-high socks at Fantastic Beasts premiere...as she shows off new Game of Thrones tribute tattoo

She's spent much of the past few weeks in Arya Stark's costumes on the set of her smash hit show Game of Thrones.

So Maisie Williams, 19, relished the chance to dress up on Tuesday night as she took a break from shooting to hit the London premiere of Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them.

The actress dressed to impress in a racy tartan mini skirt teamed with knee-high socks for her jaunt down the vast blue carpet laid out in Leicester Square.

Maisie flashed her legs under the green tartan skirt, while she added height with her strappy heels, layered under black knee-high socks.

A simple black t-shirt was tucked into her mini, while Maisie accessorised like a pro with a colourful neckscarf.

The finishing touches were a monochrome shoulder bag and a coordinating white manicure.

She also showed off her new tattoo, after getting inked with her close pal and GoT co-star Sophie Turner back in September.

The duo, who play sisters on the show, got 'August 7, 2009' inked on their forearms to mark the day they landed roles in the series.

Maisie has been busy shooting the seventh season of Game of Thrones in Northern Ireland.

As the fantasy show draws to its conclusion, the actress recently fanned the flames of anticipation by telling fans that 'nothing will prepare' them for the new series.

Taking to Twitter in August, the Somerset native wrote: 'Holy BALLS. Just finished reading season 7. I'd start preparing yourselves now.

'Scratch that, nothing will prepare you for this. S*** gets REAL.'

Arya is set to play a bigger role in the current season, utilising the skills she learned as an apprentice assassin under the deadly Faceless Men after dramatically walking out on the order, seemingly to the delight of mentor Jaqen H'ghar.

After revealing the truth she got a modicum of revenge for the murder of her brother Robb and mother Catelyn at the infamous Red Wedding by slitting his throat.
