$6million-a-year Mariah Carey 'demands ex Nick Cannon pay $5k-per-month into twins' trust fund while she pays nothing'... and they can't call anyone else 'mummy or daddy'

While her messy separation from ex-fiancee James Packer rages on, diva Mariah Carey appears to be driving more of a divide between herself and ex-husband Nick Cannon.

The musician has reportedly asked her twins' father - who takes home one third of her $6million income - to top up the kids' trust fund by $5k-a-month, while excluding herself from the same obligation.

News website TMZ has been told that one clause even stipulates that four-year-olds Monroe and Moroccan are prohibited from calling Mariah and Nick's future spouses 'mummy or daddy'.

Diva demands: Mariah Carey has reportedly asked that Nick Cannon pay $5k child support a month, while she pays nothing

After declaring their individual income in 2014, it was revealed that Mariah's take home was $6.3million while his was $2.7million.

Lucky for Nick, there is an understanding that he will get their 2012 Ferrari, however.

The couple are aiming to share custody of the children but the little ones are going to primarily stay with their mother.

One rule for one: The musician has also asked that no-one except Mariah and Nick be called mum and dad by the four-year-old twins

Finally, only Mariah and Nick will ever be allowed to be called 'mother' and 'father' monikers by the children, as one clause in the settlement outlines.

The singer and America's Got Talent host Nick married in the Bahamas in April 2008 after just six weeks of dating and a 10 year age difference.

After welcoming two children in May 2011, the pair marked their wedding anniversary by renewing their wedding vows.

Sharing is caring: Mariah and Nick are thought to have agreed to share custody

She and Nick confirmed their split in April 2014 after months of speculation but they have remained close for the sake of the children.

US press previously reported that Mariah was claiming an 'inconvenience fee' of $50million from ex-fiance James Packer.

James is worth an estimated $3.5bn, while she is thought to have $500m from her musical career.

It's all over: Mariah has also reportedly demanded an 'inconvenience fee' from ex-fiance James Packer, following the demise of their engagement

An unsigned prenuptial agreement protected her financially for up to $6million of every full year of marriage in the event of a split.

According to Entertainment Tonight, she also intends on keeping the 35-carat, $10million engagement ring.

It was originally claimed that her 'excessive spending' was to blame for their split, last month.

Sorry not sorry: The musician is worth an estimated $500m while he has $3.5bn
