And Hilary Duff was spotted looking tanned and relaxed while running errands on Tuesday in Studio City, California.

The actress, 29, cut a casual figure in skinny black jeans with a matching hued V-neck T-shirt and a Hermes Birkin bag, which typically starts at about $11,000.
