Two best friends Simon Crowe (pictured left) and Geoff Bainbridge (pictured right) who turned a single burger joint into the fast-food chain Grill'd (right) are fighting a bitter court battle over ownership of the $300million company. In a shocking testimony at the Federal Court of Australia Mr Bainbridge admitted he had called Mr Crowe a 'c***' at meetings. In response Mr Crowe described his friend of 17-years as 'somebody I cannot trust and who I detest.'

Before his son Mathew's disappearance, Mark Leveson never had a tattoo - now he has 13. A six-year-old autistic boy burst into tears during his school's Thanksgiving play after a teacher snatched the microphone away to stop him saying his line. Heartbreaking phone footage captured by the boy's parents, Kent Squires and Amanda Riddle, shows their son, Caleb, looking visibly distressed on stage. Caleb was playing a turkey in the production at Nutter Fort Primary School in Harrison County, West Virginia, and was ready to say his line, 'gobble gobble'. The Brisbane mother of a five-month-old baby has revealed her devastation at finding out her son has meningococcal disease, describing it as 'a nightmare'. Katelyn Galea (left and inset) and her partner Josh Roberts rushed Archie (right) from Greenbank, southwest of Brisbane, to Ipswich Hospital a week ago where he was diagnosed with the deadly disease. He was expected to undergo surgery at Lady Cilento Hospital on Thursday afternoon. The disease is likely to claim his fingers and toes. A childhood friend of Ms Galea's, Katie Maconachie, has started a Go Fund Me page to assist the couple with their mounting hospital bills.

Shocking footage has emerged of a violent lunchtime brawl between students in Sydney. The disturbing video, filmed on a teenager's mobile phone, shows dozens of pupils cheering as two boys throw punches at each other. The huge crowd is heard swearing and encouraging the two boys to fight as they square up to and shove each other. The footage is also said to show a boy about to be pushed off a balcony, before a bully shows mercy and lets him go.

NEW Hillary Clinton, 69, made her first public appearance since conceded to Donald Trump last night at a Children's Defense Fund's gala in Washington (right) where her look was noticeably sterner than the polished and friendly appearance we have seen over her campaign. In a new memoir, Fisher (inset left) has revealed that she and Harrison Ford (inset right) had a whirlwind three-month-long, drink-sozzled, drug-addled affair while filming the first Star Wars movie at Elstree studios in Hertforshire in 1976. She was an innocent of 19 and Ford a 33-year-old married father of two. 'It was so intense,' she said. 'It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend.' The couple are pictured left in their on-screen romance, while Fisher is pictured right as Princess Leia. The actress has previously kept mum about whether anything romantic happened between them.

There's nothing worse than being awoken from a deep sleep. So no wonder this snoozing koala was in a grumpy mood when his slumber was interrupted by a squawking currawong. An all-Australian battle ensued as the loud bird continually pestered the furry marsupial, who was less than impressed. In the video - taken by Phil Harrison near Mount Murray, New South Wales, on Monday - shows the currawong sneak up on the sleeping koala and peck at his fur. It is possible that the bird is trying to nick some of the koala's fur to line its nest.

Freaked out drivers filmed what they believed was a ghost sitting calmly on the back of a speeding car. The spooky footage shows a woman with long dark hair, wearing shorts and a stripy top sitting on the car, but she didn't seem to really be moving at all or holding on despite the vehicle moving at 50mph on the Rama IX highway road in the district of Huai Khwang in Bangkok, Thailand. Photojournalist Powarit Katkul shot the footage on Sunday at 6.30pm and said that he "couldn't believe his eyes" and during filming he asked friends "do you see what I see?".

The online retailer came in for a barrage of criticism from frustrated shoppers across Britain, many of whom took to the social media site Twitter to post pictures of their over-sized parcels (right). One user tweeted a picture (left) with the caption: 'I think I lost my mum in the sea of packaging that one feather duster was sent in @amazon #findTina' (inset). Another added: 'I can't believe amazon went to all this trouble on packaging for a screwdriver.... pretty funny.' It comes four months after Amazon vowed to change its ways after years of being shamed for using huge packages to deliver small items. Following criticism from customers and environmental campaigners, the retail giant said it was trialling new technology that selects more sensible delivery boxes. Among the worst offences by Amazon's packing robots are a book wrapped in 30ft of packaging paper, and a lipstick sent in a box the size of a computer.

But in an adorable twist, romantics the world over have been using puppies (inset) and kittens to win over their partners, with many tying the sparkling rings to the paws of their new pets. This is the 'miraculous' moment a young boy dove to his baby brother's rescue after the infant tipped over the side of his changing table (left, the baby falling to the ground). Surveillance video showed mother Tila Levi turning her back on the 11-month-old baby, before nine-year-old Joseph Levi (inset) darted into the camera's frame (right) just as the infant fell to the ground, WSVN reported. Joseph has been hailed as a hero after he caught the 30-pound baby inches away from the floor in their Bal Harbour, Florida home.

Lauren Farley-Smith (left), 20, from Darlington, first showed symptoms of Hereditary Angioedema - which causes attacks of extreme body swelling - when she hit puberty. The rare condition is an inherited blood disorder that causes attacks of extreme body swelling, continuous vomiting, as well as intense abdominal pain. Her flare-ups (inset) are triggered by bouts of anxiety and stress so she often practices meditation and has counselling to cope. She fell into depression as strangers often stared at her and made cruel comments about her face having swelled to double its size (right). But last year she vowed not to be beaten by the affects of her illness and she will soon begin a four week course to become a flight attendant.

The driver of a dark grey Renault Megane was filmed with the paper in front of him as he travelled along the A45 near Birmingham. Coach driver Tanvir Hamid filmed the incident and is sharing the footage as a warning of the dangers of not paying attention to the road.

Havana's fishermen call the practice 'balloon fishing' - a technique employing a couple of cents worth of government-subsidized condoms to pull fish worth an average month's salary from the ocean. The men blow the contraceptives up to the size of balloons, and then tie them together, attach them to the end of a baited fishing line and set them floating on the tide until they reached the end of the fishermen's 750-foot lines. On any given night in Havana, dozens of men can be found 'balloon fishing' along the seawall, using their homemade floats to carry their lines as far as 900 feet into the coastal waters, where they also serve to keep the bait high in the water and to increase the line's resistance against the pull of a bonito or red snapper.

Terry Taylor, a retired cabinet maker from Waltham Abbey, Essex, has become so close to his feathered friends that he speaks to them and even feeds them from his mouth. After losing his wife in 2005, the 73-year-old has found comfort in feeding robins and managed to get one to pinch a worm from between his lips. Mr Taylor has been hand-feeding a pair of the red-breasted birds who he recognised as mother and baby and named them Susie and Monty.

The snarling lions had clearly fallen out about something when they began ferociously roaring at one another in Kruger National Park, South Africa. The fight quickly escalated when one of the lions, who had obviously decided enough was enough, launched himself at his brother. Photographer Corlette Wessells from Johannesburg, was lucky enough to witness and photograph the fight, blow-by-blow.

Bizarre footage has been shared of a man claiming he can turn a light on by putting his wet finger in a socket and the bulb in his backside. The weird video, which was filmed in Atlanta, USA, this week and uploaded today shows a man explaining that he heard this trick was used in the trenches in the Vietnam War.

Crumbling buildings, rotting wood and mossy buildings - what was once a thriving place of industry and entertainment is now decaying slowly each day.  These photographs show Birnbeck Pier, on the North Somerset coastline at Weston-super-Mare, in its current state. It was built between 1864 and 1867 and provided tourist attractions, such as a water slide and fairground rides, to the Victorians for many years. The Grade II-listed pier, known as the Old Pier, was also a major transportation link, with scheduled steam ship services arriving from and departing to destinations including Cardiff, Minehead, Ilfracombe and Lundy Island. The last of these sailings, by the MV Balmoral, took place in 1979.

Donna Lowe, 34 and husband, William, 45, from Sheffield weighed more than 40st combined meaning they were unable to dance at their wedding (left). But after joining a slimming club they have lost half their body weights. William wears a size medium rather thank an XXXL and Donna has dropped five dress sizes.

A baby monkey which was separated from its parents has picked its new mother from a flock of goats, according to Chinese media. The little animal, from China's Jiangxi Province, latches onto the back of its new parent, a black nanny goat, wherever she goes. Goat farmer Zhong Shu said the monkey sneaked into his farm six days ago and had treated the goat pen as its home.
