Крим - Автономна Республіка Крим[1] Крим, адміністративна одиниця на півдні України, розташована на Кримському півострові між 44°23’ і 46°15’ північної широти та між 32°29’ і 36°39’ східної довготи. На заході і півдні омивається водами Чорного, на сході – Азовського морів, що належать до басейну Атлантичного океану. Півострів приблизно однаково віддалений від екватора і Північного полюсу. Формою нагадує ромб. Його західний берег утворений Тарханкутським півостровом, східний - Керченським. На півночі Крим з'єднаний семикілометровим Перекопським перешийком із сусідньою Херсонською областю, по морю межує з Запорізькою областю України та Краснодарським краєм Російської Федерації.З півночі на південь півострів розтягнувся на 200 км., а із заходу на схід - 325 км. На території республіки знаходиться місто державного значення Севастополь. По території республіки проходить державний кордон довжиною 821 км.
