Oprah Winfrey has put her last piece of Chicago real estate for sale.

The 62-year-old put a 2,250 square foot Colonial-style home on the market for close to $400,000, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The billionaire TV personality, who never lived in the home, resided in Chicago during her lengthy run as the host of The Oprah Winfrey Show. The icon now resides in Montecito, California.

According to Forbes, Oprah has a net worth of $2.9 billion. 

Oprah's spokeswoman, Nicole Nichols, told the newspaper via email that 'Ms. Winfrey is selling the property as it's no longer needed. She did not live in the home.'

The TV host purchased the four-bedroom home for $298,000 in 2001.

 It is not known why she owned the brick home.

The house has a formal dining room as well as a walk-out basement, hardwood floors and is updated with recessed lighting.

The property was purchased by Oprah's Phoenix Investment Trust, reports the Chicago Tribune.

In 2003, the ownership of the property was transferred to Overground Railroad Company - which she has used to own residential real estate -  reports the newspaper.

The modest sized home features updated bathrooms, with one featuring an elaborately tiled shower.

It also has a large blue-painted room with two levels of living space.

She has sold two other Chicago properties in the last four years.

In 2015, Oprah sold a four-unit duplex for $4.625 million and a co-op unit for $2.8 million in 2012.

She first moved to Chicago in 1983; while in Illinois, she hosted The Oprah Winfrey Show  from 1986 until 2011.

The network owner lives in a 23,000 square-feet mansion on 42-acres in Montecito, CA.

In December, she purchased the 23-acre equestrian estate next door - for $28.9 million, reports ET Online.

The TV personality also owns properties in Hawaii, Santa Barbara and Indiana.
