'Which emoji should I use?' Billie Faiers agonises over the moment she announces her pregnancy on Instagram in the season finale of The Mummy Diaries

In September, Billie Faiers announced she is pregnant with her second child.

And on Wednesday evening's season finale of her sister Sam's reality show The Mummy Diaries, fans were given an exclusive look at the moment she posted the announcement to her Instagram account.

In an insider glimpse into the big moment, Billie showed viewers that she in fact agonised over the post - from every detail down to the emoji she would use.

In the end, the TOWIE star shared a photo of herself wearing a pink bikini, on holiday with her fiancé Greg Shepherd and their daughter, Nelly, two.

The 26-year-old spent quite some time flipping through photos on her phone, to figure out which one made her look more pregnant.

The one she eventually settled on showed Nelly pointing to her mother's growing tummy.

Once decided on, Billie then spent a long while trying to think up a caption and choose which emojis to include.

Billie was adamant not to used the term 'pregnant', saying that she doesn't care for that word.

As her followers already know, she settled on 'And then there were four'.

When it came to the emoji, Billie recruited Sam to scroll through the most appropriate ones, nearly settling on one that portrayed two women.

'That's the lesbian one,' the sisters declared, looking at alternatives.

In the end, she explained that using an emoji of a baby with blonde hair was the apt decision, given that it resembled her daughter Nelly.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline following the announcement, Billie said: 'I always thought in my head that I'm always going to have girls but now that I've seen Samantha with Paul, I would actually love to have a boy as well.

'It would be so nice to experience having one of each but on the flip side, it would be really nice for Nelly to have a sister as well because then it would be kind of like how Samantha and I were.'  

It has since been revealed that she will be having a boy, and fans of the star got to see the moment she discovered the baby's gender at an ultra scan later on in the same episode of The Mummy Diaries.

The girls' Mum - and the baby's future grandmother - Sue seemed delighted and declared that the revelation had given her goosebumps.

Sam and Billie also told Nelly about her future cousin's sex - who declared that the new baby 'is just like Paul', Sam's son

'Another boy!' she said. 'We'll have a football team soon.'

In terms of naming the little boy, Billie told OK! magazine last month that she would decide a name when she gives birth, not before.

‘We want to see him first but we love traditional names like Edward and George,' she said. 'I definitely won’t be naming him ‘baby Greg’ like Sam’s baby Paul.'

She added: ‘We might make the middle name Gregory, but it won’t be a first name.'
