The 32-year-old received the finished copy of her latest book in the mail today after returning home from the nail salon in West Village and could only think of one way to announce it to her fans.

The NYU grad took to Instagram to share the huge news with her 210k followers on Thursday with heartfelt post and a display of her slender silhouette.

In the photo, the health advocate performed an impressive handstand in seeing glasses, tiny denim American Eagle shorts and a Forever 21 floral thermal sweater that fell to provide a glimpse of her tight tummy.

Her long brown locks swept the couch she stood on and her toes were pointed towards the wall.

'I opened up a box that arrived in the mail, and guess what was inside?!' Mrs. Baldwin teased in the caption, 'A finished copy of my book, The Living Method!'

She went on to open up to her fans:

'I wrote this book so I could share with you all my favorite tricks for keeping calm, healthy, and energetic no matter what's going on. I am so excited for you to be able to read it and I truly hope it resonates with you, making life a little brighter, clearer, and happier.'

Earlier the same day, Hilaria was spotted out in West Village in NYC sipping on soda water as she made her way to her nail salon.

The Spanish born beauty wore the same floral thermal with black sweats that read 'PARIS' on on leg and a heavy longline coat.

Hilaria Baldwin took to running errands in New York and while out and about, the mom and wife to Alec Baldwin looked comfortable, stylish and warm
