'I wish I could say that only sometimes parenting was chaotic, but it's pretty much at all times, 24 hours a day - it's just difficult all around,' Scott told the camera.

'So I figure I'd bring Rob to a friend's day care center and see if he can really be hands-on when the kid is not plastic,' he added.

Several kids started crying as they were approached by Rob and Scott with one boy even running away from the Arthur George sock designer.

'Where are you going? You can't go on the carpet with your shoes on. You got to take your shoes off,' Rob admonished the boy.

'Don't cry. You don't see me crying,' Rob told the tyke.

Candid conversation: Scott later talked to Rob about his parenting skills

'But I realized you're a good-hearted person and you're going to be a good-hearted dad. That you can't teach,' he added.

Scott told the camera that Rob 'definitely' has things to learn about parenting, but he was confident that he would learn them.

'He definitely has the heart of a parent and I think he's going to be an unbelievable one,' Scott said.

Big heart: Rob laughed while watching over the children

Father of three: Scott said that he believed Rob would be a great parent
