It might be a chilly New York morning, but baby Daisy Josephine couldn't look cosier.

Nestled against Olivia Wilde's chest, the month-old baby was safely wrapped in an infant insert inside a black Ergo sling.

New mother Olivia, who also has two-year-old son Otis, kept a comforting hand on her daughter's back as she strolled in Brooklyn on Thursday.

It was the start of a big day for the Wilde family, with Olivia's fiance Jason Sudeikis preparing to open his Dead Poets Society play at the Classic Stage Company that evening.

According to the New York Times reviewer, SNL star Sudeikis, does not have the 'credibility' of Williams.

However, they note, he: 'has a natural stage presence and a mellow baritone voice, and he’s charming when Mr. Keating delivers jokey, improv-style asides to his students.
