With an Instagram following of nearly six million and a place in Australia's Young Rich List, when it comes to social media, you could do worse than listen to the voice of Kayla Itsines.
In less than five years, the Adelaide-born Personal Trainer and creator of the Bikini Body Guides has amassed some AUD $46 million in wealth, while her bikini bootcamps are so famous that they sell out in seconds.
Now, the 25-year-old superstar has let the world in on a few social media secrets, revealing when she thinks is the best time to post on Instagram.

'When you're posting, it depends where you are and who your target market is,' she told Husskie.com
Revealing that her market is obviously global, Kayla said she's aware of whatever country is waking up, and will post accordingly for each country.
'If I was to only post at the peak time for Sydney, there could be a split and the people in America wouldn't be targeted,' she said.
'If you're trying to get global hits, you're posting at six o'clock in the morning and 10 o'clock at night - making sure each country is able to see your post.'

While many of us won't have the problem of a global audience that Kayla has, it is worth bearing in mind that what time you upload that incredible panoramic photo might have a bearing on how many likes it gets.
According to one recent study, Wednesday is the best day to post on Instagram, while between 2am EST (10am GMT) and 5pm (10pm GMT) was found to be the best time frame.
However, the optimum time is the subject of ongoing debate.

Kayla Itsines also completed her world record attempt on Thursday night in Melbourne, where she beat the record for most people doing star jumps in one spot.
At the Melbourne & Olympic parks, she and her 2192 followers smashed the star jump World Record, while also beating four other records including most people squatting and lunging in one spot, too.
'OMG WE DID IT MELBOURNE!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! WE OFFICIALLY BROKE FIVE WORLD RECORDS TONIGHT!,' the delighted star posted on Instagram on Thursday.
Needless to say, thanks to Kayla's impeccable social media skills, the post has already received close to 60,000 likes.
