Meghan Markle has been posting far less frequently on social media since it was revealed she had started a romantic relationship with Prince Harry.
But the American TV star broke her social media silence today to post an inspirational quote on Instagram thanking her 'supportive' friends.

The Tig is a lifestyle blog launched by Markle in 2014 and comparable to Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop site.
Markle was a regular poster on Instagram and Twitter before news of her relationship broke, sharing pictures, quotes and interacting with friends at least several times a day.
However in the last week she has only posted three times on the photo sharing site.
