'Stars have all the help they need to shed weight': Chrissy Teigen explains why celebrities lose baby pounds so fast as she stuns in black

She gave birth to daughter Luna just seven months ago.

And on Wednesday, Chrissy Teigen put her incredible post-baby body on display in skinny jeans while in New York City. 

Hours earlier, the 30-year-old talked weight loss to the Today Show and said: 'Anyone in the public eye, we have all the help we could ever need to be able to shed everything.'

Chrissy said that new moms shouldn't feel pressured to lose weight quickly like people in the public eye - because they have a lot of help. 

She added: 'We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies.'

The beauty said that no one should think shedding pounds quickly after giving birth is 'realistic' or 'normal.' 

She pointed out that 'people get this jaded sensation that everybody's losing it so quickly' when in reality, 'we have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape.'

The model stepped out in the Big Apple to run errands in her skintight denim, adding a matching blouse, coat and boots.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl, who is married to musician John Legend, chose high-waisted jeans and a silky top.

Chrissy's long coat elegantly grazed her ankles, which were covered in chic booties.

The stunning mother of one toted a textured black purse and sported large framed sunglasses from Grey Ant.

She wore mauve hued lipliner and a touch of blush on her cheeks.

Chrissy, who styled her caramel highlighted locks into a ponytail, also told the Today Show that her daughter Luna is a 'daddy's girl.'

She added that since she's been with John for 10 years, she assumed she saw every side of him, but that when Luna was born, it was 'new and fun and different.'

Chrissy said that 'to see this with a little baby and a little someone who looks just like him and to see them together and to see her light up when she's with him, it is really cool.' 

The cookbook author, who recently partnered with Stella Artois for their Host One To Remember holiday campaign, said that she likes to call people out on social media when necessary.

The model explained: 'Sometimes its just for entertainment of my other followers and sometimes it's to genuinely see if they know that there's somebody else on the other side of that screen that they're talking to.' 

The star is referring to commentators who criticize her on how she holds her daughter or what she's doing while carrying her daughter, based on pictures she shares on social media.

Chrissy said: 'I know that when I post something, if she's in a car seat, I've got to be ready for the million people telling me she's in the car seat wrong, even though she's in there correctly.'
