And Selasi Gbormittah proved he still has the same effect on his fans as he sent Twitter into meltdown with his appearance on Friday's This Morning.

The TV favourite, who works in finance, was typically tranquil as he whipped up a Christmas rum cake, and explained to hosts Eammonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford: 'I'm chilled all the time and it helps with life I think.'

Chatting away with the duo, Selasi seemed in great spirits as he spoke through how to prepare the cake, before overdoing it slightly on the alcohol.

Giggling away, he exclaimed: 'That’s a lot of rum actually'.

But it seems the viewers weren't concerned with the little mishap as they went wild during his segment.
