She's an X Factor judge, mother-of-three, singer and ambassador - so Mel B is no stranger to multi-tasking.

The former Spice Girl was on her way into the Kyle & Jackie O show at KIIS FM's Sydney studios on Monday morning, when the 41-year-old was seen pausing to fix her white heels.

It's not known if Mel had stepped in something or if she was simply adjusting the multiple straps on the stilettos, but it looked like she had a twig caught in the shoes.

At the same time the Underdog judge on this season of X Factor Australia was seen happily chatting away on the phone, balancing on one leg with ease.

As Mel B strutted into the studio, she flaunted her trim figure in black studded trousers.

The quirky diagonal design could have easily given the starlet a larger look, but the yoga devotee looked svelte in spite of the pattern.

The trousers also featured some contrast stitching detail across the knees in a white criss cross, which matched her summery shoes.

On her way out of the studios, the mother-of-three held her take-away coffee cup on top of her phone, both in the one hand.

As she appeared to be briefed by a publicist beside her, the brunette beauty looked deep in thought and even appeared to be biting her nails.

The tension could have something to do with the X Factor Grand Final on Monday night, in which she has one of her contestants, Vlado.

Also a judge on multiple talent competitions around the world, it seems the Underdog judge could be feeling the pressure to produce a winner after coming into the competition late.

There has also been rumours of a rivalry on-set between Scary Spice and the other mentors - something Mel has denied.
