A woman whose dad ran the famous Cavern Club 50 years ago has uncovered one of the first photos Linda McCartney took of husband Paul - just weeks after they got together.
Debbie Greenberg's dad, the late Alf Geoghegan, ran the Cavern from 1966 to 1971 and she has now found photos in the family vaults of the Beatles star - taken by his new girlfriend Linda.
She has published the pictures for the first time in her new book Cavern Club: The Inside Story.

Paul then went up to the band that was playing, called The Curiosity Shop, and started playing 'Hey Jude'. He then played with the group on the drums
'Paul turned up at the club on October 25, 1968 and told my dad that his new girlfriend Linda was in the car and asked if he could bring her inside to show her where it all began,' said Debbie.
'He said he would be back in an hour after he had delivered a record player, so dad rushed out to buy a camera so he could take some photos when Paul returned.
'An hour later Paul came back and we went into the top bar and offered them champagne, but Linda took over and poured it.

'Then dad picked up the camera and asked if he could take some photos, but Linda said she would take them as she was a good photographer.'
Linda, who had been dating Paul for a few months, took photos of Debbie with Paul, then they all went down to the cellar so she could see where the Beatles began.
Debbie, who was 23 and working at the Cavern at the time, added: 'A band called The Curiosity Shop were on stage and Paul said "Alright lads" then walked down to a piano and played Hey Jude.
'It was amazing as the song had only just come out a couple of months earlier and this was the one and only time he ever played it in the Cavern club. We were stunned.
'Then Paul went up on stage and played with the group on the drums and said he was a frustrated drummer. After Paul and Linda left we got the photos developed and they came out really well. At the time we didn't realise she was a professional photographer.'
Debbie has also released these unseen pictures of Paul, Linda (left) Debbie (far right) and Nigel Greenberg at Mike McCartney's wedding in 1981

Debbie said that her husband Nigel offered to take a video of Mike's wedding after bumping into him on a train
Debbie's new book also contains an unseen photo of Paul at his brother's wedding at St Barnabas Church in Penny Lane in Liverpool in 1981.
'My husband Nigel bumped into Mike McCartney on the train and he asked if he knew anyone who could take a video at his wedding and Nigel offered. The pictures of Paul at the wedding have never been seen before,' she added.
Amongst her treasure trove of memorabilia Debbie also uncovered a Christmas song written about her by her dad and hidden away for over half a century.
She arranged for the song to be recorded by singer Michael Armstrong and The Shadows' drummer Brian Bennett and it will be released on December 2.
'I think the song sounds fabulous and I'm thrilled with it. Dad finally has recognition after all these years,' she added.
