They are rumoured to be spending Thanksgiving together amid reports they've moved back in together.

And it seems like a reconciliation between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick - who split in July 2015 - is closer than ever with new reports claiming that the notorious party boy is changing his ways.

'Scott is on a mission to win Kourtney back for good', a source told Us Weekly.

The duo are apparently living together with their three children Mason, six, Penelope, four and Reign, 23-months, at the $8.5 million Calabasas mansion they shared pre-split.

The news comes after Scott, 33, whisked the family away to Cabo, Mexico for a five-day trip.

The entrepreneur 'spared no expense' for the trip, whisking his brood away by private jet.

A source told the magazine that the duo resumed a casual physical relationship in January and then bonded over the summer.

Insiders say that Scott - whose hard-partying ways were partly to blame for the demise of the couple's relationship - has really cleaned up his act and that Kourtney, 37, 'is hopeful for a happy ending' after being encouraged by how much her ex is trying.

A Us Weekly source went so far as to say the mother-of-three wants another baby if things go well.

Scott is no longer interested in going on benders, sources tell the magazine, after his fourth and successful stint in rehab in November 2015.

The self-proclaimed 'Lord Disick' still drinks but has 'majorly cut back' according to one pal.

Meanwhile Kourtney has also asked Scott to do fewer club-hosting gigs.

The 33-year-old is reportedly focusing on flipping homes to make money and consults with Kourtney for design advice

'She asked him to cut back and he did' an insider said.

Instead, Scott is flipping houses to earn cash and consulting with Kourtney for design ideas.

'The biggest problem with Scott is consistency. He needs to maintain it' a pal of the E! star revealed.

Reports emerged last week that Kourtney and Scott had moved back in together.

And on Sunday the doting dad shared a photo of eldest son Mason enjoying a movie night at home together.

According to People, the twosome are planning to have Thanksgiving together, along with their three children.

'They are spending Thanksgiving together as a family,' a source told the publication.

Kourtney has previously said that Kylie Jenner is hosting this year's Kardashian-Jenner Thanksgiving celebration, which Scott will evidently be joining her at.

Kourtney and Scott split in July 2015 after nine years together, but have maintained an amicable relationship ever since, for the sake of their three children.

And he has continued to join his ex on vacations and appear on her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
