She's kept her fan following guessing about her love life, since the demise of her relationship with Jeremy McConnell.

But Stephanie Davis is off dating and firmly focused on the forthcoming birth of their child, especially after some worrying health woes in her third trimester.

The former Hollyoaks actress confirmed her single status as she spoke to OK! magazine this week about fears for her unborn son at her glitzy baby shower.

She said: 'I’m not interested in meeting a man. My mum thinks someone will come into my life once the baby’s born, but I’m not bothered. I’m done with men for now!’

The 23-year-old shot down rumours that she was in a relationship with a businessman last month, confirming that her baby was 100 per cent her focus.

‘I can’t wait to hold him in my arms now,' she continued to the magazine. 'I feel like I’ve had the longest pregnancy in the world but I’m on the home stretch now.’

Stephanie is due in January but she has spent a lot of the last month worried for her well being, after being rushed to hospital in the middle of the night.

The actress was close monitored for six days after complaining of crippling stomach pains just ahead of her baby shower.

She said: 'I was hysterical thinking something was wrong. I didn’t know if I was going to lose the baby or if he was okay.’

Steph added: ‘They think it might be colitis [inflammation of the colon], so I’m having more tests and a colonoscopy done soon. Hopefully that will give some clues.’

The actress broke down as she recalled her health woes on last week's Loose Women, explaining that her blood pressure had been low while her white blood cells were too high.

She explained: 'The pain was that bad I was vomiting... I was seeing black dots cause I was in so much pain.

'I felt like a release and she was looking to make sure everything was OK and she saw loads of blood come out but it was from the back passage I ended up going to hospital.'

During the interview, Stephanie confirmed that ex Jeremy had failed to make contact during her pregnancy, despite her highly-publicised hospital dash.

The couple experienced a tumultuous love affair, which ended for good in May, after four previous reconciliations and multiple cheating allegations.

They met in the Celebrity Big Brother house at the start of 2016 when Stephanie was dating model Sam Reece.

She cheated on Sam during her time in the Channel 5 reality show and entered into a whirlwind romance with Jeremy which climaxed with her pregnancy declaration on May 16.

He has consistently denied that the baby is his, insisting that she carry out a paternity test, while Stephanie has decided to raise the baby as a single mum.
