While Russell Crowe is reportedly set to bizarrely marry Terri Irwin, his ex Danielle Spencer has been enjoying time with her boyfriend.

The 47-year-old was spotted in Bronte, Sydney, with her new beau Adam Long having introduced him to her family back in August.

Adam is Danielle's first official boyfriend since splitting from Russell, 52, back in 2012.

Spencer and Crowe had been together since the Eighties but only married in 2003, and they share two children together: sons Tennyson, 10, and Charlie, 12.

Danielle is said to have introduced the boys to Adam earlier this year.

The couple looked to be at ease with each other as they took a stroll, on what looked like the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk.

Danielle kept herself cool with a parasol, while Adam opted for a trilby hat.

They walked through Waverley Cemetery on their way to Bronte, before stopping off at a cafe for a drink and a chat.

They may well have been laughing at New Idea's bizarre claim that Russell was about to get hitched to Steve Irwin's widow Terri.

According to the magazine, the pair are set to go public with their romance because the mother-of-two 'doesn't want to hide it any longer'.

A source close to Terri reportedly told the magazine: 'You can totally tell they're into each other and have been for a very long time.

'Obviously Russ has been through a lot of pain because of how much he loved Danielle and Terri relates to that because she's struggled to find anyone who's matched up to Steve.

'This is a big reason they're so compatible - they're on the same wavelength about never expecting to find true love again,' the source explained.

Russell's rep denied the claims.
