And Emma Stone proved her sartorial worth once again at a special screening of her hotly-tipped romantic musical-drama La La Land in Los Angeles on Monday.
The 28-year-old actress stunned as she dressed to impress in a petty paisley-print number alongside the likes of Hollywood heavyweights Bradley Cooper and Laura Dern.

The Zombieland star looked every inch the Hollywood star in the printed dress, which featured a demure halter neckline and pleated bodice.
Letting the garment take centre-stage, Emma added height with some simple nude courts.
She wore her trademark auburn-hued locks in glossy subtle waves that stopped just short of her shoulders, showing off her dress' delicate neckline.
The actress allowed her natural beauty to shine as she rocked a nude lipstick and a hint of smokey purple eyeshadow to offset her green eyes.

Emma Emma has been receiving Oscar buzz for her performance in the musical comedy-drama La La Land.
In it, she plays aspiring actress Mia who meets and falls in love with dedicated jazz musician Sebastian (played by Ryan Gosling), who plays in dingy bars in order to scrape by.
It is the third film to feature Gosling and Stone as lovers, following Crazy, Stupid, Love and Gangster Squad.

The Damien Chazelle-directed drama also stars John Legend, Rosemarie DeWitt and J. K. Simmons.
Emma Stone admitted sweating all over her co-star Ryan Gosling while learning how to ballroom dance with him.
The actress spoke about working with Ryan, 36, in their third movie together during an interviewing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Emma said that learning how to ballroom dance with a stranger must be 'terrifying', but was easier for her since she knows Ryan so well.
'And with him I was sweating all over him and felt fine about it,' Emma revealed of her co-star in Crazy, Stupid, Love and Gangster Squad. 'I sweat a lot,' she added.
The Birdman star explained that after 'about a minute' of any physical exertion that 'I break into a horrible sweat'.
She said it was a 'new problem' that she's had for the past year and a half.

'I'm glad I can talk about it on national television, this is going to help,' she quipped.
'I'm gonna start calling you Emma ''Sweaty'' Stone,' Ellen, 58, joked.
She won the best actress award earlier this year at the Venice Film Festival for her portrayal of Mia Dolan in the movie.
Emma previously was nominated for an Oscar for her work in the 2014 black-comedy drama Birdman.
La La Land is due in theaters on December 9.
