And Lea Michele was back at the gym on Monday as she stepped out looking comfy and casual in a maroon sweatshirt and skintight leggings in Beverly Hills.

The beaming Scream Queens starlet, 30, showed off her glowing, apparently make-up free skin as she stepped out carrying an orange juice.

Wearing her tresses scraped back in a high ponytail, the Bronx native shielded her eyes in a pair of gold-rimmed Ray Ban aviators.

On Friday, Lea and Cara worked up a serious sweat at celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue's LA studio.

Lea and the fiancée of Desperate Housewives hunk Jesse Metcalfe, took the opportunity to get up a quick snap to Instagram.

A friend captured the selfie in which the two actresses were seen sans make-up, letting their natural beauty take center stage.

The duo wore tiny black sports bras which showcased their enviable lithe bodies.

Meanwhile, Lea recently revealed she exercises every day, even in between filming for Scream Queens.

'I exercise every day if I can,' she told Shape magazine. 'If I'm not working out, I'm on a hike or swimming in my backyard.

'I have a bike on the Scream Queens set, and when there's a 20-minute break, I'll ride around the Paramount lot.'

Admitting that pizza and mac and cheese were her guilty pleasures, the actress stressed that she was mindful of healthy snacking.

'I'll slice two oranges in the morning and leave them on a dish in my kitchen and eat them throughout the day. I always have blueberries and carrots and hummus on hand.'
