The highly anticipated Netflix revival of Gilmore Girls is just a few days away.
To promote the reboot and her new book, Lauren Graham appeared on Tuesday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Before playing some of Ellen's famous games and revealing that she has paid to freeze her body, the 49-year-old actress talked to the comedienne about the 'magical, incredible' experience of filming Gilmore Girls: A Year In the Life.

'I have never had an experience like it,' the actress gushed, 'It was one of the happiest times of my life.'
Lauren Graham played Lorelai Gilmore, the fast-talking quick-witted mother of Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel).

'On the very first day, I was so nervous,' Lauren revealed.
'[To think about] all the special, magical, incredible things that had to happen for all this to come together,' Graham gushed, 'I kept a dairy and wrote about it.'

The beloved actress went on to discuss her new book, Talking as Fast as I Can: From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls (and Everything in Between), which she described as 'a series of essays.'
'It's called Talking as Fast as I Can, because you talk fast,' DeGeneres explained to the audience frankly - though Graham is notorious for her speedy dialogue.
'It's [about] me growing up, I talk about doing the show the first time,' she revealed, 'But the final chapter is the diary I kept.'

The book is set to hit book stands on November 29, just four days after the revival's premiere.
The actress revealed some funny - albeit somewhat private - information as well on the morning talk show.

Cryotherapy is a weight loss and youth preservation technique touted by celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston but has deadly consequences in rare situations.
'It seemed like a fun way to spend a Saturday,' the actress joked, 'You might die, but if you look beautiful then who cares?'
