It was a chilly Sunday morning in New York.

But model Bella Hadid wrapped up warm in a huge fur jacket that she wore over a grey T-shirt... and very little else.

She slipped her slender legs into a pair of sheer black pantyhose with the word 'girls' emblazoned around her thighs and heavy, polished, black leather lace-up boots.

The 20-year-old, who was voted 2016 Model Of The Year by GQ, smoothed her brunette tresses into a neat updo that showed off her face.

Bella was beautifully made up with natural foundation, blush and a bright red pout, as she hid her eyes behind over-sized shades.

She carried a Poloroid camera, suggesting she was going to take a few snaps the old-fashioned way. And she accessorised with two chains and earrings.

Bella was spotted out before sister Gig's controversial stint as a host on the American Music Awards at the KodaK Theatre in downtown Los Angeles, which she did not attend.

The 21-year-old model was slammed on social media for her 'racist' impression of President Elect Donald Trump's wife Melania during her opening set with co-host Jay Pharoah.

She put on a fake Eastern European accent and pulled a Melania-style pout to mock the soon-to-be First Lady in the wake of her recent plagiarism row.

'I love my husband, President Barack Obama. And our children Sasha and Malia,' Gigi said, in a joke referring to accusations that Melania, speaking at the RNC, ripped off a speech that Michelle Obama had made at the DNC.
