Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and Ivanka Trump has already kicked off the holiday season by volunteering her time to help those in need.

The 35-year-old mom took her eldest children, Arabella, five, and Joseph, three, to feed an early Thanksgiving dinner to the homeless on Sunday, but that didn't stop her from heading to work before the son rose the next morning.

Ivanka stepped out of her house on Monday morning wearing a navy blue winter coat as she tried to keep warm in the blustery New York City weather.

Bundled up: Ivanka kept warm in a navy blue coat, which she wore over a gray sweater and matching dress pants

Underneath her coat, Ivanka donned gray sweater and loose fitting gray dress pants. She accessorized her monochromatic look with gray suede pumps and a white and gray handbag, both of which are from her eponymous line.

Ivanka, who is part of the executive committee of her father Donald's transition team, headed to Trump Tower where she was photographed ahead of her day of meetings.

The day before, she proudly took to Instagram to share a photo of her son Joseph helping out during their day of volunteering.

In the sweet snapshot Ivanka shared on Instagram on Sunday, her eldest son is wearing disposable latex gloves and a name tag that has 'Joseph K' written in green marker.

Getting a head start: The 35-year-old left her blonde hair loose around her shoulders as she headed to work

Ready to start her day: Ivanka was all smiles despite the chilly breeze that whipped through her hair

Strut your stuff like Ivanka in some grey suede pumps

As the First Daughter, Ivanka's been a working mother on the go. She won't let her father's position affect her negatively. We spot her out in NYC in a classic UES look consisting of a midnight blue overcoat with Trump-esque gold buttons, slim wool trousers and a pair of suede grey chunky heeled pumps of her own design.

She's been quite the billboard for her own designs. She knows she's been thrust out into the spotlight and she's utilizing it as much as possible.

So if you're hankering to feel what it's like to take a step in Ivanka's shoes, head over to Zappos to pick up this exact pair. For $135, it's a steal to get in step with the first daughter. Or if you like the look but want to make it your own, check out our edit below.

Busy as can be: Soon after she left her house, Ivanka arrived at Trump Tower for another day of meetings

'Thank you Project Ore / UJA for allowing Joseph, Arabella and me to volunteer with you today and serve pre-Thanksgiving meals to the homeless,' Ivanka captioned the image. 'Thank you for the great work that you do each and every day! #givethanks #thanksgiving.'

Ivanka and children worked in conjunction with Project Ore, an organization that helps vulnerable New Yorkers get hot meals, and the UJA-Federation of New York, which raises and allocates funds annually for both New Yorkers and members of the Jewish community, during their day of volunteering.

The mother-of-three, who was raised Presbyterian, converted to Judaism before she married her husband Jared Kushner in 2009, and the couple are raising their three children to be Jewish as well.

'Monkeying around': On Friday, the mom shared a photo of Arabella enjoying some time at the gym with her

All smiles: Ivanka met up with her husband Jared Kushner at Trump Tower on Friday

Although it is unclear how Ivanka and her family will be celebrating the holiday now that her father Donald is the President elect, they spent last Thanksgiving at her dad's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

At the time, the businesswoman was six month pregnant with her son Theodore, who will be eight months old on November 27.

Ahead of the weekend, Ivanka squeezed in a workout with Arabella on Friday morning, later taking to Instagram to share a photo of her little girl before she headed to the office.

Too cute: Last week, Ivanka lamented about how her children are getting bigger by the day while sharing a throwback snapshot of Arabella, Joseph, and baby Theodore

'My favorite teddy bear': Ivanka took to Instagram last Wednesday to share a photo of her nearly eight-month-old son Theodore dressed as a furry polar bear

'Monkeying around with my gym buddy. #FitnessFriday,' she captioned the image, which sees Arabella climbing one of the machines at the gym in their Park Avenue apartment.

After her workout, Ivanka was pictured stepping out of her building, with her laptop in her hand.

As she walked out of her apartment, Ivanka smiled and gave a wave to the photographers outside the door before heading to work.

Later that day, Ivanka was photographed walking through the lobby of Trump Tower with her husband Jared.
