The 25-year-old former Miss GB appeared to model her pose on the iconic 1991 Vanity Fair cover featuring a pregnant Demi Moore, as she stood from the side, while sharing an empowering caption about her evolving shape.

Cally soared to fame last year when she appeared on ITV2 dating show Love Island, where she came as a late arrival to strike up a romance with former flame Luis - leading to their now-extremely serious relationship.

After announcing their pregnancy last month, the raven-haired beauty has kept her social media accounts flooded with intricate documentation of her baby journey, yet Wednesday's post was the most intimate.

The petite beauty, who tips only 5ft in height, showed just how her stunning physique is changing by flaunting her neat bump and a hint of underboob.

She confidently added a heartwarming caption: 'Embrace your body's change... it's creating the most amazing gift #16weeks #mummytobe #pregnancy'.

Cally has been littering her Twitter account with loving details of her pregnancy - most recently the first ever bump from her 'amazing gift', as she revealed she delightedly rang Luis when she felt the kick. 

She wrote: 'Just rang @LuisMorrison39 in tears, baby just kicked me for the first time... what a morning... #feelingblessed'. 

The northern stunner also revealed that she had booked a private scan to see her baby moving before announcing the couple would find out the sex of the baby two days before Christmas.

Cally wrote: 'For those who have asked yes we are going to find out the sex of the baby, scan is two days before Xmas so will reveal the sex Xmas day... Booked another private scan just so I can see my lil one moving around again lol... #smitten'.

Just days before her joyous share, she candidly revealed to OK! magazine that the couple were plagued with fears over their chances of pregnancy. 

She explained: 'I can’t believe I’m pregnant, I thought I could never conceive... We actually paid for an early scan at ten weeks because I was worried after a lot of problems with my womb when I had continuous bleeding for a year...

'After endless gynaecological appointments, they couldn’t stop it. I tried everything – it was only when Luis went on Love Island that I came off any contraception.“I even had tests for cancer, I felt like everything was against me...

'I didn’t realise for a while because my periods have always been a but of a mess, but when I was six days late and my boobs hurt, I did a test... 

'I never thought I’d be pregnant, so when it said I was ‘three-plus’ weeks pregnant, I kept checking the box to see if I’d read it right.'
