It's just one week until she will be sashaying down a catwalk in Paris while filming the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

And Alessandra Ambrosio looked ready for the big event when she was spotted running errands in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old works hard to stay in shape and she certainly looked in fine form as she stepped out in a semi-sheer black and white striped top with long sleeves.

Alessandra also highlighted her long and slender legs in skinny jeans and added chunky heeled black ankle boots and a matching handbag.

The model wore her chestnut brown hair down and sported sunglasses over her minimally made-up face.

Alessandra was glued to her mobile phone while strolling down the street and enjoying the autumnal weather.

Out and about in LA, Alessandra donned a casual outfit of skinny blue jeans and a striped top. But she added a luxe edge to the look with her Versace bag.

Everyone seems to be toting (get it?) this or a version of this piece around, from Iggy Azalea to Jennifer Garner and Gigi Hadid, all the big celebs are digging this arm candy.

No doubt Alessandra is excited for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which this year is taking place in the French capital for the very first time.

The mother-of-two has been walking in the show since 2000, and modelled alongside the likes of Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell and Gisele Bundchen in her first year.

This year, Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk will be making their debuts in the show, while Jasmine Tookes will sport the $3million Fantasy Bra.

Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and The Weeknd will be performing during the show, which airs on December 5.
